It is the responsibility of the person hiring to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable and equipment. Please ensure all safety measures are adhered to and that the following guidelines are followed: 

• The blower/equipment is only to be operated by a responsible adult. 
• Children should be supervised by responsible adults for duration of rental time. 
• Safety equipment (neck braces, protective headwear, harness etc) must be worn at all times when participating in Gladiators, Sumos and Bungee Run. 
• No food or drink on the equipment in order to prevent choking and also to keep the inflatable well maintained. 
• NO-ONE with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
• Shoes, sharp objects (pencils, knives, badges etc), eyewear, large earrings and neck wear must be REMOVED. 
•  Never smoke, light fires, fireworks or barbeques near the equipment. 
• Do not unplug/switch off inflatable whilst in use. 
• Limit the number of children allowed on the inflatable at any one time- depending on age & size of children. This prevents over-crowding and injury. 
• Avoid large and small children using the inflatable together. 
• No Climbing, sitting on or hanging from the walls. 
• No bouncing on/jumping from the front step leading into the castle or on the steps up to the top of the slide. 
• Do not allow any one on the inflatable during inflating and deflating. 
• In the event of heavy rain it is recommended that the blower be switched off. Wetness can be dried off with a towel and then switch the power back on. 
• In the event that the blower over-heats or loses power, switch it off at the mains and contact us IMMEDIATELY. 
• Ensure that the vent on the blower is NEVER covered or blocked. If you are not sure about any details, please contact us.
• Once an Inflatable has been booked, any cancellations must be done within 24hours in advance of delivery. All deliveries are done before 11am on the day of hire; however delivery's can be done the day before.
• A1 Castles accept NO responsibility for damaged caused to underground pipes, cables or services when anchoring the inflatable.
• All prices Quoted on this site is for Waterford City radius 10miles. Other areas, prices may vary.
• All prices Quoted on this site is from months April to October, and from November to March special discounts can be obtained.
• Bookings for May are subject to a deposit. Once a deposit has been paid for an Inflatable that Inflatable MUST be taken regardless of Weather Conditions. Deposits are non refundable.
